This Privacy Policy explains how Vibe Nexus ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Influence Karaoke, including the mobile app, public singer request pages, and support website.

Influence Karaoke is designed for karaoke hosts to manage live sessions and for singers to submit song requests. We do not sell personal information.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the service, we may collect:

• Account information: email address, display name, handle, user ID, and authentication provider information when you sign in with Apple, Google, or email.
• Profile information: your public host handle, display name, and QR/link details used to share your singer request page.
• Session information: karaoke session names, status, timestamps, and related host identifiers.
• Song request information: song titles, artist names, singer/requester names, request status, queue order, and timestamps.
• Songbook information: song catalog data you upload or enter, including CSV song titles and artist names.
• Subscription information: entitlement status, product identifiers, purchase status, and app-store receipt information handled through RevenueCat, Apple, or Google.
• Support information: name, email, topic, message, and any device or app details you choose to include when contacting support.
• Technical information: basic device, app, diagnostic, log, and usage information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• create and manage your account;
• authenticate you through supported sign-in providers;
• create live karaoke sessions and public singer request pages;
• display song requests and queue status to hosts;
• make uploaded songbooks searchable and browsable for singers;
• process, verify, and restore subscription access;
• respond to support requests;
• maintain, secure, debug, and improve the service;
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.

4. How information is shared

We share information only as needed to provide and operate Influence Karaoke. This may include:

• Public request pages: host display names, handles, songbook entries, and active session details may be visible to people who open the host's public request page.
• Service providers: Firebase/Google services for authentication, database, hosting, and cloud infrastructure; RevenueCat for subscription entitlements; Apple and Google for app store purchases and authentication.
• Legal and safety: information may be shared if required by law, to protect users, to enforce our Terms, or to respond to lawful requests.

We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their own advertising purposes.

5. Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, support your account, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You can delete your account in the app where available or contact us for help.

Some records, such as purchase history or logs needed for fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance, may be retained for longer where required or permitted by law.

6. Your choices and rights

You may:

• update profile information in the app where supported;
• restore purchases through the app;
• delete your account through the app where available;
• contact us to ask questions about your information or request assistance.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

Influence Karaoke is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete it.

9. International processing

We may process information in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. By using Influence Karaoke, you understand that your information may be processed outside your location.

10. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after an update means the updated policy applies.
