1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Influence Karaoke, including the mobile application, public singer request pages, support pages, and related services provided by Vibe Nexus ("Vibe Nexus," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, accessing the app, submitting a song request, or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Influence Karaoke.

2. What Influence Karaoke does

Influence Karaoke helps karaoke DJs, venues, and hosts create live karaoke sessions, share a QR code or public request link, receive song requests from singers, manage request queues, and upload song catalog files for singers to browse.

Singers may access public request pages without installing the app or creating an account. Hosts need an account to create and manage sessions.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of account information you provide and for activity under your account. You should keep your login credentials secure and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You may sign in using supported methods such as Apple, Google, or email. If you use a third-party sign-in provider, your use of that provider is also governed by its own terms and policies.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

Some features require a paid subscription, such as expanded hosting tools or song catalog features. Subscription details, pricing, billing periods, free trials if offered, and renewal terms are shown in the app before purchase.

• Subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another authorized platform.
• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled through your app store account settings.
• Refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes are handled according to the applicable app store policies.
• You can use the app's restore purchases feature to restore active subscription access.

5. Song requests, sessions, and songbook content

Hosts and singers may submit information such as display names, song titles, artist names, song requests, session details, and CSV songbook data. You are responsible for the information you upload or submit.

You grant Vibe Nexus a limited license to process and display submitted content as needed to provide the service, including showing singer requests to the host and making songbook entries available to singers on public request pages.

Influence Karaoke is a hosting and queue management tool. You are responsible for ensuring that your karaoke event, music library, public performance, venue use, and related activity comply with applicable laws, licenses, venue rules, and rights requirements.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, or deceptive activity;
• submit content that infringes another person's rights or violates applicable law;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with the service;
• access another user's account, session, or data without authorization;
• use public request pages to spam hosts or submit abusive requests.

7. Third-party services

Influence Karaoke relies on third-party services including authentication providers, hosting providers, app stores, payment/subscription services, and cloud infrastructure. These services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms as required by App Store rules.

8. Account deletion and termination

You may delete your account from inside the app where available, or contact support for help. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users, or used the service unlawfully.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Influence Karaoke is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, availability of any specific feature, or compatibility with every device, venue, network, or browser.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibe Nexus is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, business, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Influence Karaoke after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
